Karaoke

Reggae night. This pic was taken some where in Virginia, a Karaoke club. We went down for the 2004 NY countdown. I went up and sung "Is this Love" by Bob Marley and yeah, I did well.

Avaiki Connection said...

Since Joses Tuhanuku came to power as the Avaiki Member of Parliament, he became a self serving politician. He flooded the province with RCDF forms, which he collected for the purpose of retiring his RCDF and gave nothing back to his own people. Of all the forms he gave to the people, none been returned to the people, but one thing is possible to conclude this clandestine activity and that is he diverted the money to his own account.
In his latest article written under the banner of his corrupt Part, Labour Party, he accused other MPs of being arrogant and corrupt, and self serving politicians. For such a tone to come from a man who has divided the people of Avaiki is extremely stupid.
He categorized his party as one of the most non-contaminated party in terms of MP's corruption and tendency, but reality speaks for itself. The reason why Labour Party never walked the floor is that there’s no one to walk the floor. Historically, LP's biggest number is 2 or 3. His arrogance and lack of adherence to principles of Labour and lack of involving youth, abled men, and other politicians in the Labour party because of his self-centeredness is somewhat questionable.
His SINUW is losing the confidence of the people because of his leadership and corruption. Can this man see for himself that big corporation, companies, loggings, and plantations shutting down under his very nose?
I wonder if Tuhanuku would ever come to his senses and realized for himself that he became a Millionaire-owning properties in Honiara, Australia and other countries, out of money he stole from the people he professed to serve? I also wonder if ever realized that many people have lost their money in millions in the country's largest scandal, the disappearance of the ones largest Credit Union. How could he go on Media and challenge other MPs and accused them of the same things he championed?
This is absolutely the kind of attitude that we don't want and off course the kind of sickening characteristics he refuted in his article.
Circumventing one's own realities is a crime against humanity. As long as this attitude last, Labour party would never increase in membership and the Rennell Bellona people will always lag behind so called rural development. An honest MP is a man of his word and his work is measurable by his achievements, and I wonder how long before our people open their eyes to see that they are making millions for an individual by him their ballots.
12 years is enough.
