Down town Port Moresby. The lower building used to be the Papua New Guinea Bank Corporation (PNGBC). Rascal robbed this bank in 1999. They descended to the roof of the Bank on a hijacked Helicopter. Cops shot the Heli down and gang members were shot to dead on the spot.Pic taken 2005
